### Does she sound human?

### Why under 60 seconds?
Because the first minute matters most. In one lead-response study, calling leads within 1 minute resulted in a 391% improvement in conversion compared with the average lead. Tessa calls in under 60 seconds for leads submitted through the landing page we build for you, during your calling hours. Leads that come in after hours get a call first thing when your calling window opens, and if the same number submits again within a few minutes, we don’t dial them twice. ### What if the lead doesn't answer?
Tessa follows up by text and email so the lead can book or ask for a callback.

### Can she transfer calls and book into my calendar?
Yes. If the lead asks for a person, she transfers the call live to your number. Otherwise she checks your open times and books the appointment during the call. She works with common tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Zoho; others we check on the kickoff call.

### What does it cost, and is there a contract?

### Is it compliant?
It's designed around TCPA rules: leads give prior express written consent through the consent language we provide for your forms. Tessa calls only within allowed local calling hours for each lead's time zone, says she's an AI at the start and notes the call may be recorded, which covers two-party-consent states. Opt-outs are honored instantly and added to an internal do-not-call list, and we scrub lists against Do Not Call registries. Texts start only after your business texting (A2P 10DLC) registration is approved by the carriers.
