Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meettessa.com and the Tessa services provided by Roqueni Consulting (“we”, “us”), 1470 Chance Mountain Pl, Chula Vista, CA 91913. By using the site or buying a service, you (“you”, “client”) agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Tessa is an AI speed-to-lead service. Our AI assistant calls, texts and emails your new leads quickly (typically in under 60 seconds for leads submitted through the landing page we build) during allowed calling hours, answers common questions from your approved information, books appointments into your calendar or CRM, and can transfer calls to your team. Plans and features are described on our website and in your order.

2. Fees and term

3. 14-day launch promise

We aim to have your Speed-to-Lead agent live within 14 days of kickoff, once you have provided calendar and CRM access and the information we need, or your second month is free.

4. No promised results

Results depend on your leads, offer, pricing and team. We do not promise any number of calls answered, appointments booked, sales or revenue.

5. Your responsibilities

6. AI disclosure and recording

Tessa is an AI. She identifies herself as an AI assistant at the start of calls and notes that calls may be recorded. Calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. You agree not to present the AI as a human.

7. Compliance

We run calls within permitted hours, follow your approved script and honor opt-outs right away. You are responsible for your own legal review of your marketing and consent practices.

8. Data

Lead data belongs to you and is synced to your CRM. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI can make mistakes, and third-party carriers, calendars and CRMs may have outages.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Each party’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your obligations under Section 5 or to amounts you owe us.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from leads contacted without valid consent, from information you provided, or from your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Changes apply to new orders and renewals. Questions: [email protected].
